On November 9th Ford Motor Company Canada was recognized as one of Canada’s top employers by The Globe and Mail. Here is what Ammar Khan, Ford’s Social Media Manager had to say:
“Ford Motor Company has made a promise to “Go Further” – its pledge to contribute to a better world for customers, employees, suppliers and their communities. It’s a vision to inspire things that people might not expect from an auto manufacturer. It’s not just about selling vehicles. It’s bigger than that. It’s a commitment to positively impact as many people as possible, and a big part of that involves looking inward to improve the workplace for Ford employees around the world.
Today Ford of Canada was placed on the list of the top 100 employers in the country, joining an esteemed group of organizations that have made improving work life a priority. What does this mean for Zarowny Motors and our customers? I was once told by a former boss that the fish always rots from the head. Local dealerships, like Zarowny’s are therefore only as good as its headquarters. Ford Motor Co. is leading by example, showing local dealer partners how to advance employees through programs, seminars and team training to build community leaders. Zarowny’s follows their example and our customers see positive, happy, engaged employees that do their very best for you and our community.
